Cellulite Solutions - Everything You Need to Know

Cellulite affects many people; however, women are more likely to get the unwanted lumps and bumps. Cellulite appears because pockets are formed just under the skin tissue. The pockets fill with fat, which causes the bumpy appearance of cellulite. It is a collection of fat, water and toxic wastes that the body stores or does not eliminate. Women can start getting cellulite as young as 14. Most associate cellulite with large body types, however, even women with the ideal body type or a slim build may also get it. It's hard to pin point why women get cellulite but there are ways to get rid of it.

Many women become very self-conscious of their body because of the cellulite. They may even dread summer and shorts and tank tops. They may even go as far as to spend money on different, expensive creams to get rid of it. But the truth is, the only way to get ride of it permanently is to have surgery, however you may have to visit the surgeon a few times because it may come back. These solutions are costly and many women will not be able to afford it.

Here are some few ways that are cheap and work to get rid of your body's cellulite.

Many things can cause cellulite, one of which being medication. Both diet pills and sleeping pills can disturb your body's "purification system" and can lead to cellulite. Birth control pills allow your body to retain water, which makes it hard for your body to get ride of the toxins.

Diets that allow you to lose weight fast are terrible for women who already suffer from cellulite. Women should lose weight gradually by exercising and through a good diet. Combining both is a sure way to battle cellulite.

Junk food is also often associated with cellulite; however, other foods that may lead to the cause are pork, animal fats, spicy and fried foods.

One of the safest and cheapest solutions in getting rid of cellulite is drinking water. Drink seven 8-oz glasses a day. It helps your body's waste system by flushing toxins from your body.

Smoking is also a contributing factor. It damages the connective tissue that causes the dimple effect.

More ways to battle cellulite include exercise. A steady program helps stimulate circulation, tones muscles, and helps to break the blocked tissue is the way to go. An aerobic only exercise regime is not enough. Strength training helps reduce total body fat. Try a work out that targets the lower body and arms.

Also, try massaging the area's that are affected by the cellulite. This increases your blood circulation, breaks up fatty deposits and expels access water.

And last of all, relax. It may be simple and easy, but it helps in the elimination of cellulite. Tension prevents proper waste elimination. Rest and allow your natural circulation to release the toxins from your system.
